I like to stretch out my board/card games whenever possible. Jenga is a classroom favorite, but gameplay can stagnate after a while.
This lead me to play reverse style. Instead of students pulling a piece out of the tower, they add one in and try to build their own free-standing structure.
The rules are simple:
1. Select a block.
2. Look at the number.
3. Complete the prompt.
4. Add the block to the structure.
Students score points for each block they add to the tower. When the tower topples, reshuffle the blocks and start again from scratch!
