Tumbling Towers/Jenga Back to School edition is an easy prep, engaging, structured activity that motivates students to get to know one another in a non-threatening way during back to school time. This activity is intended to be used with the Dollar Tree game “Tumbling Towers”, which is a mini version of the original Jenga or regular Jenga.

It can be used as a first week of school ice breaker.

4. The questions in this activity are best suited for grades 3-12.

How to Play:

1. Create teams of 4-5 students.

2. Each team will need 1 game board and 1 set of tumbling towers

3. 1st students pulls a block and shows the team the color.

4. The whole team will answer the question from the mat that corresponds to that color.

5. Cross off that question from mat and the next student will pull the next block repeating process.

6. The team who ends with the tallest tower at the end wins. (Goal is to not drop your tower)
