is a Jeopardy-like game where students get to test their knowledge of topics taught in a typical unit on plate tectonics. These topics are found in four separate categories, as described below.
- Plate Tectonics
- Name That Plate
Just to make things more interesting and fun, the final category is random "Anything Goes!" trivia. Trust me, your students will love this category the most!
A final Chalkboard Challenge question that asks students to contrast the volcanoes found in Hawaii (shield) vs. California (composite) ends the game.
