This is a dynamic Jeopardy game created in Powerpoint to target functional WH-Questions (who, what, where, when, and why). This activity is intended for middle and high school students with intellectual disabilities. Answering WH-questions is an important language skill, and in this activity the questions are kept functional for older students.
Each category (who, what, where, when, and why) has 6 questions and answers for a total of 30 questions in the game. Questions begin at 10 points and increase by increments of 10. The last question (most difficult) in each category is worth 60 points.This game can be played in small or large groups of students. Students can all compete against each other individually or play in teams.
