Use this recording form while implementing the Jigsaw Instructional Strategy.
Divide the text into sections.
Students read their assigned section.
Students become the "Expert" of their assigned text by filling out the sections of the recording form.
Students then present their findings to a group who read the same text and come to an agreement about the most important points of the text.
The group then presents their information to a group who was not assigned the same piece of text.
