The most important aspect of professional communication is how students present themselves to a potential employer during an interview. Have your students answer the questions as if they were on a job interview and trying to get their dream job!
After the students are finished, discuss each question and what might be an answer that an employer might want to hear. Students should make notes on answer that will make them more appealing to employers.
After discussion break up into small groups and have one student play the role of an employer with a specific job and interview other students for the job. Have the employer explain to the students what the job and it's duties are. Have the student employer hire the person that they think is the best person for the job. Have the employer discuss why they hired the person they hired.
