Johnny Appleseed & Apple Activities!
This resource is perfect for an apple unit or if you are studying American Tall Tales!
Common Core Aligned! ELA RL1.1,RL1.2,RL1.3
Students will cut, color, and create two mini-books. They will learn about the apple life cycle, fun facts about apples, and will also participate in making an apple recipe!
Students will also learn about the legend of Johnny Appleseed and what made him an American hero. They will learn about tall tales and character traits.
