Product Description
I realized my students had trouble identifying and differentiating the judicial philosophy that has encompassed American History, so I made this sheet with descriptions and quotes using six selected justices and their philosophy as a backdrop. The selections include Activist, Restraint, Originalist, Living Document, Strict Construction, and Loose Construction with Justices varying from Marshall up to Scalia. I included a key.
