Students can do this activity in groups of 2 or 3. Each group needs a copy of the game board, one die, and 36 bingo chips (if you want to reuse the boards)
Players take turns rolling the die twice. The first roll is the vertical number, and the second roll is the horizontal number. The player locates the box of the two numbers and says the correct form of the verb based off of the subject pronoun and infinitive. You could also have students use it in a sentence.
If correct, the student claims the box with bingo chips or coloring it in. Once a box is claimed, it can’t be used again. If a student rolls the die and the box is taken, he/she forfeits the turn.
Groups play until all the squares are covered. Students then count up the points indicated in their claimed boxes. The winner is the student with the most points.
