Juego de la Noche de Brujas. Halloween Board Game.

¡Hola!

I am so happy to share this board game here at last! It is a Halloween board game that allows Spanish students to enjoy Halloween as they learn related vocabulary. My students love it and it has become a classic where students anticipate with delight the time they can play it. I give them treats on each candy corn!

An extension I often do so we don't miss practicing other vocabulary we are studying in class is that I mix it up with Halloween characters. For example say that one class is learning the present progressive, then I use two deck of flash cards (one of the halloween characters and one with the verbs in present progressive in English that we are learning, so every time they land on "T" they practice forming sentences like "La bruja está comiendo dulces".
