Three active learning tasks - Cloze activity, Events ordering activity, and Vocabulary Crossword based on Act 4 of the play by William Shakespeare.
These activities are designed to test and promote students' learning of the plot. They could be used as in-class assignments, homework or for revision.
For the cloze activity, students are asked to complete a summary of events in "fill in the gaps" format. Each scene is completed separately. There is a word bank to assist students. This is a fun way to get students to focus on the key plot elements.
The second activity is a sequencing activity. Sentences/Events are presented in the incorrect order. Students are asked to number sentences in the right order, and then write out the summary.

The solutions to all activities are included.
I find that students learn better when they have to create their own notes, rather than just providing these for them. But for some, the blank page is too difficult. The two summary tasks provide scaffolding to get them started. I usually ask students to complete either one or other of the summary activities, not both. The second task could be used after a period of time, as a revision exercise.
The third task is a useful filler for early finishers.
