Description

This bundle contains a behavior chart, monthly behavior reports, and behavior punch cards. SAVE $2 by purchasing the BUNDLE!

• Behavior Chart:
This behavior chart was designed to use in a camping themed classroom. Everyone starts on green. They can move up or down the chart. I just make name tags and put this all on a magnet board so the kids can easily move them as needed. The first page of the pdf includes a picture of my classroom behavior chart, which can be used as an example of how to use the chart in your own classroom.

Purple: King of the Jungle
Blue: Soaring to New Heights
Pink: Swinging High with the Monkeys
Green: Ready for an adventure
Yellow: Spotted Misbehaviors
Orange: Down with the Crocodiles
Red: Watch out for the Stampede

• Behavior Reports:
Behavior reports for every month. There are several ways you can use this behavior report. I use it with my behavior chart. I would number or date each box.

1. Put colored stickers on at the end of the day to match the color the student ended on.
2. Have the students color in the color they ended on.
3. Fill it out for the students at the end of the day.

• Behavior Punch Cards:
This file includes 4 large behavior cards about 8" x 7" with 2 in color and 2 in black and white. There are also 4 small cards about 5" x 5.5" with 2 in color and 2 in black and white.

3. Punch a hole in each time they use manners, help others, etc.

I keep these in the front of their folders!
