Junie B. Jones and the Mushy Gushy Valentine Book Companion
Great for K-2
Junie B. Jones is a great book to read in small group with first graders. If you are teaching higher grades, students can read independently and then complete the activities included in this packet. There are eight chapters included in this book. I have come up with ELA activities that also integrate the arts for students to respond to each chapter.
Included in this packet are two different book ideas. You can use the print and go version or make your own book with my templates included. Students will make their own table of contents and go through and number each page of their booklet. On the inside page of the cover I created pockets to tape on so students can store their puppets. On the back cover page, inside part, I have made another pocket for any other activities created that will not fit on the booklet pages. I hope you and your students enjoy this fun activity! I will upload more pictures on my
