Product Description
This lab allows for students to explore specific heat capacity through the eyes of a chef. Students are prompted to think about the connection between preparing pasta in boiling water with and without salt. Students will learn through their experimenting that the salt water has a higher specific heat capacity, thus chef's use it so their pasta doesn't get mushy!
