Students learn to appreciate the quiet times in their lives, and explore ways to reflect upon the simple moments in this 45-minute lesson, which includes a story from the classic book, Days with Frog and Toad. This detailed lesson can be taught by anybody (you don't have to be a Yoga teacher), and the components are easily broken down to be taught over the course of 5 days, for your convenience.
