Educational Activities (K – 1) Prompt and support or ask and answer questions; identify main topic and key details, describe the connection between pieces of information, ask and answer questions about unknown words, describe the relationship between
illustrations and the text in which they appear, actively engage in group reading activities with purpose and understanding, clarify the meaning of words or phrases, use illustrations and details to describe key ideas, read text appropriately complex for grade 1
