This is a fun, addictive, and never-ending game to use in your literacy centers to reinforce and practice synonyms and antonyms. The students have so much fun waiting to see who will draw the KABOOM card that they forget they are learning and practicing their literacy skills! :)
I laminated the cards and instructions and keep them in small snack containers that I purchased at Dollar Tree. You can either cut them into squares, or use a 1-3/4" circle punch to cut them out.
I have also included a recording sheet with an exit ticket for you to use as evidence of skill mastery.
This game works really well in the classroom . . . the students just grab a KABOOM game and recording sheet and are engaged for the entire center block. So wonderful!
