For use in class as well as home! Keep your Middle Schoolers organized! Instead of students flipping through a calendar during the day, which is a skill that takes years to keep up with, just keep this daily sheet in the front pocket of their binder (preferably the top clear pocket) so they remember to pull it out in each class. They should mark it in every academic class, even if it's just to mark "none." Then at the end of the day, teacher, or at home, parents, can check to see this was done. Student should look at this one top sheet at his/her locker before leaving school to make sure all materials go home that night. The blanks allow for homework, weekly assignments as well as announced projects to be entered. At home, child should transfer the information to a planning calendar with a weekly view, and parent can help designate intervals to get projects done. Throw away this sheet each night. Review the planner every morning before school!
