Description

Virtual lab on karyotype analysis and diagnosing chromosome abnormalities. Students match and drag chromosomes to arrange them from 1 -23 and reveal a specific abnormality. There are four different analysis slides with Patau, Edward, and Down syndrome, and it is recommended that you assign only one slide to a student or group. Once students have identified the abnormality, they are asked to do a Google search to determine what the long term outcomes are for the individual.
