There are multiple uses for this page!! Students can record on it while they read either an autobiography, a memoir, an autobiographical article, or a shorter narrative. The page defines the genre, requires total page numbers and chapters, a list of characters and who they are, and asks students to reflect on the setting, the character's obstacles/achievements, and how the text was organized.
This can be used as a report, a response page, or any other way you choose!
