This comprehensive, completely editable Key Math 3 report template will save you hours of work! All of the "heavy thinking" is done for you. The easy-to-use template includes a description of the test and each subtest, tables for you to put your scores into with dropdown menu for descriptive terms, framed sentences, and additional guidance in the side margin which includes detailed suggestions for possible observations made after analyzing the student(s) scores in each subtest. To make it even easier, I have avoided using gender related pronouns making this a gender neutral report.

Tips:
► After the terms of use page, there will be a page with a link to the google doc with comments enabled. Unfortunately, at this time, TPT does not give sellers the option to upload documents enabled with comments. Thus, I provide a link embedded in the product. Simply make a copy for yourself and use that one as your "original". Then, make copies of that one each time you need to write a report.
► This report is written in such a way that avoids gender pronouns, making it even easier to personalize with the student's name and scores. Even better, the word "pupil" is used in place of the student's name. When you are ready to personalize the report, simply go to the "Edit" menu and select "Find and Replace". Replace "pupil" with your student's name and select "Replace All". It will instantly populate the document with your student's name.
► At the end of this template is a summary and a comprehensive list of suggested recommendations that can be used as accommodations and modifications in the student's IEP if they qualify.
