Keyboarding-Typing Games- Missing Vowels Fun Game with Movie Titles- Word Version
This is a fun guessing game that can be played in a keyboarding/typing class, etc. The document consists of 20 lines that contain movie titles with the vowels missing from them. Students need to identify the titles. Directions and an answer key are also included. The directions consist of the following: Directions: Below are 20 movie titles with the vowels missing. Vowels are: a,e,i,o,u. Your task is to guess the movie title with the vowels missing from it. You will be given a set amount of time to respond to these items. On a blank Word document, please type your name and then go through each title. Number your answers as you respond either manually or with number bullets. Please do your best to answer as many as possible in the allotted time. You many skip around but all answers must be numbered accordingly and in order. If you don’t know the answer to a title you can leave it blank, skip the number, or put by the number “Don’t know.” Please make sure to STOP typing your answers when time is called! The student(s) with the most correct answers will be rewarded. Good luck!
Students will love playing this game and it is a great way to break the boredom of your regular typing lessons. With this activity, students get to practice typing skills while having fun. The game will take about 10-15 minutes.
