Given the Crossfit exercises, the students will be able to develop gross motor coordination by performing the Crossfit exercises for 6 minutes.
Given the kickball activities, a teacher’s verbal and visual model and a question and answer session, the students will be able to remember information by restating the critical elements/cues of kicking, rolling and catching
