These 3 novel units all have a kid business aspect to them. The novel studies provide a great opportunity for students to use money math and to think about a way to develop their own small business. The novel units can be taught whole group one after another (~3 months to teach), or teachers can break students into 3 reading groups and complete each novel unit simultaneously (~1 month to teach).
