When developing a behavioral plan in school, most children do not understand the basis behind following directives. In order to initiate children to understand consequences, a contract is developed for the children. The punishment for not following the directions in the classroom should be written out for the child. It is best to have the child's parents sign the contract as well stating they are aware of their consequences that they have at school. This chart can also be used for parents at home when they want to begin a treatment plan. More information to come in order to prepare a complete behavioral plan in school and in home for children and pre-teens.
