Product Description
This product reviews several aspects of the present continuous / present progressive and introduces 12 common verbs for students that are used throughout the packet. This product is designed for grades 1-4. This product includes:

1. Verb Clip Cards
Using a clothes pin or paper clip put the clip on the word that shows the verb acted out above. You can also laminate these and have students circle the word with a dry erase marker.

2. Verb Labels
Write the verb below the picture.

3. Conjugate Verbs
Conjugate the verbs on the sheet or do it on the board. I often did these on the board with student as it makes it more fun. I re-used the verbs from the Clip Cards to help build student vocabulary.

4. Conjugate Double Letters
Conjugate the verbs on the sheet or do it on the board. I often did these on the board with student as it makes it more fun. These verbs are words where the last letter must be doubled. I re-used the verbs from the Clip Cards to help build student vocabulary.

5. Conjugate Drop ‘e’
Conjugate the verbs on the sheet or do it on the board. I often did these on the board with student as it makes it more fun. These verbs are words where the final e has to be dropped.

6. Choose the Correct Spelling
Students choose which of the three sentences is spelled correctly.

7. Present Tense Negative
Students make these positive sentences negative.

8. Yes/No Questions
Students look at four pictures and answer a question about what the person is doing.
9. Conversation Cards
Students answer questions about what you or they are doing.

10. I Have/Who Has
Students practice the –ing forms, by playing “I Have/ Who Has.” This helps with pronunciation and spelling.

11. Information Questions
Students look at pictures and answer an information (WH) question based on the picture.

12. Schedule (ing)
Students look at Jose and Yuko’s schedule for the week and answer questions about what they will be doing on certain days that week.
