This activity sheet contains a total of five hand exercises that can be used on their own or together after handwriting practice. It focuses on fingers, palms, and wrists exercises to alleviate common aches and pains associated with prolonged handwriting. These exercises would also be suitbale for children who have 'bendy fingers' or hypermobility. By teaching these exercises they can learn how to get the blood flowing back through the hands meaning they are not expereincing pain.
