While we all have negative thoughts from time to time, we don’t have to listen to every negative thought that crosses are mind. We have the ability to control these “ANTs” or Automatic Negative Thoughts. The ANTs are dangerous because they can make us feel sad, bad, lonely, and insecure. The good news is we can do something about these ANTs; we don’t have to let them take us down. When we know what ANTs to listen for, we can do something to get rid of the them quickly. So, let’s learn to identify these ANTs, and then we will learn ways to get rid of them.
