These Math center activities involve recognising, tracing, counting and sorting numerals1 to 10: then cutting and pasting objects into a big numbered jar!
Lots of learning!
There is a jar for each number 1-10, and a sheets of matching pictures. Print individual numbers or the whole set.
Students cut and paste pictures into the appropriate jar. There are more than enough pictures, so they can choose which they like.
The jar sheets can be assembled as a counting book; pasted into notebooks or used a personal number chart!
I use these as a Math Center Activity, but it can easily be a whole class activity.
There is also a set of smaller cards 1-10 for sorting and ordering games. I usually make sets of these, and the game provides another activity.
I have other Math resources teaching 0-10 if you are interested.
Sets of cards with blocks, fingers, pictures, words etc, and having more than one set allows students to play matching games.
