In here you will find that each standard for Math and English/Language Arts has its own documenting page. These pages can be used to record each students progress on a particular standard throughout the year or throughout a grading period.
Each standard has room for you to record a pretest grade, 3 additional progress grades and a post test grade.
I will be using a Rubric based grade for my marking but you can use any type of grading method that will be best for you.
4- They can complete standard independently, can explain their thinking, and help others.
3- They can do it independently or may need very little help.
2- They can do it with some help.
1- They are struggling and are fully dependent on help to complete standard.
0- They are not ready or do not understand skill.
Each page also includes grouping for intervention you can do after the pretest and first round of progress monitoring. For example if I see that a student has a 0 and 1 on the pretest and first monitoring period I will mark them as in the below group. Additionally there are intervention grouping pages that are color coded for help quickly see which students are in each group.
