This is a set of worksheets to help communicate data scores with parents as well as engaging students in responsibility for their own learning. I staple the worksheets to a folder and use them in the classroom to help students see visually what they have learned and still need to be working on. As I test students, I circle the letters/numbers that they know. Then the students color the boxes that they have learned. At the end of each month I send the folders home to communicate the scores to parents.
