Data Graphs are a great way to have student’s focus on their reading, writing and math goals. I have found that my students really begin to take ownership of their learning, they're self motivated to want to do well, and it’s a quick and easy way for you to progress monitor and track your students growth on kindergarten goals, as well as, share the results with parents.
The Kindergarten data graphs were designed to go along with my Kindergarten Common Core Standard Based Assessment Pack, but can be used with any kindergarten assessment program!
Simply assess your students then have the students record their result on their kindergarten data graph by coloring in the boxes. I like to use a different color each time they color in their data graph.
