It also includes activities to practice blending and segmenting short a cvc words. I designed these activities to use with my K RTI/Intervention students, but they are great for review in small groups or as center activities.

-Color the pictures with the sound of /j/ and /x/ pages.
-Jj and Xx play dough mats.
-Letter detective page for Jj and Xx.
-Letter sort for J and j with letters.
-Name it, trace it, read it, find it pages for J and X.
-Printable game board to practice the words said, good, was, then, ate, could.
-Trace it, find it, rainbow write it pages for said, good, was, then, ate, could.
-Roll and read page for said, good, was, then, ate, could.
-High five hands for the words said, good, was, then, ate, could. I have these placed by my door and kids give them a high five as they read them.
-cvc segmentation cards for short o words. Come in both color and black and white. Includes moving chips to segment, making the word with magnetic letters or tiles, and writing the word.
