Do you need an easy way to keep track of and score literacy readiness throughout the year?
This digital spreadsheet/assessment for use with Google Drive will help you track your students’ literacy readiness by assessing letter identification, sounds, written formation, syllables, rhyming, onset/rime, and ability to follow verbal directions. The tracker is very easy to use and can be set up for your whole class by entering in a list of student names and emails (email is optional). Each student tab is then automatically created for you. Each student will have their own tab that shows a graph of each skill. You will be able to easily see and track their progress 4 times a year. All data is transferred automatically to a color coded graph at the bottom of each student’s tab (Red for beginning of year, Orange for Trimester 1, Green for Trimester 2, and Blue for Trimester 3. There is an email option where each student or parent can receive a PDF copy of their progress. This can be sent out as often as you like with one simple click of a button.
3 pages of clipart letters are included - Uppercase, Lowercase, and a Combination to be used for letter identification assessment.
Additionally, if you download the free Google Sheets app for your mobile device or tablet, you can "grade on the go" anywhere and anytime.
