Math fun for everyone!

Resource Prep: Print, laminate and cut all game cards and counters as needed. If game has black & white Masters they can be copied on regular copy paper. Directions are located on each game card set. Note: You can separate cards into by number amount depending on what skills you are working on at the time.

Resource Directions:

Number & Number Word Match Game: Children place the number counters to match the number word or numeral on the number card.

Ten Frame Mats Match Game: Students place the correct number of counters on the 0-20 Ten Frame Mats that corresponds with the numeral on the page and also practice writing the numerals with markers.

Number Roll Games : (2 different games): One Dice Roll: Taking turns, roll 1 die and cover or color the square above that number of dots. The first person to reach the top of any column wins the game! Two Dice Roll: Taking turns, roll 2 dice and add the dots. Cover or color the square above that number of dots you have. The first person to reach the top of any column wins the game! You can use any counter you would like!

Roll & Cover Games : (2 different games): One Dice Roll: Roll one die and count your dots. Cover the number of dots you rolled with your marker. Two players will need to use two different colors. Covering the most numbers wins! Two Dice Roll: Roll two die and count your dots. Cover the number of dots you rolled with your marker. Two players will need to use two different colors. Covering the most numbers wins!

Addition & Subtraction Number Sentence Match Game (0-10): Students match the addition or subtraction number sentence with the amount of items on the cards. This game can also be played as a matching game or memory by limiting the amount of cards to play with.

Addition & Subtraction Facts Clip Game (0-10) : Children read the addition or subtraction number sentence and find the answer to the sentence. Children place a paper clip or clothes pin to the correct answer of the number sentence. You can separate the game cards in sets from 0-5 and a sets from 6-10. Note: Put a little sticker on the back of card in the correct answer space so students can self-correct their answers.

Ten Frame Roll and Cover: Student chooses a side of game card to play and who will roll first. Roll one die and count your dots. Place that many counters on your ten frame . Continue taking turns rolling and placing your counters. The first person who cover both their ten frames wins!

Missing Number Clip Game: Children place a paper clip or clothes pin to the correct answer of what numeral is missing in the series of three numbers. Note: Put a little sticker on the back of card in the correct answer space so students an easily self-correct.

Kids have some monthly fun while learning a variety of mathematical skills!
