Give students independent or partner practice with the counting and cardinality standards with these task cards. They cover most all of the K.CC strand and can be used in a variety of ways. Teachers can also use them in small groups for re-teaching with scaffolded support. These task cards would be excellent additions to your math rotations and center activities.

There are 123 total cards in this set. It focuses on the Counting and Cardinality (K.CC) strand of the Common Core Standards. Almost every standard is practiced with these task cards with the exception of K.CC.B.4 as I believe that standard is best practiced with hands-on manipulatives and materials. I recommend using Counting Collections to practice that standard.

Please download the preview to see how each skill is used in the task cards and the recommended ways to use them. You can also see which standards are included by looking at the top of this page at the standards tagged.
