Use to supplement your teaching of measurement in Kindergarten.

Students will need access to legos, paperclips, snap cubes, mini-marshmallows, dry beans and popsicle sticks to measure length and weight with, and a variety of containers to measure volume and capacity.

You will need to make one student copy per child, plus a journal (if using) per child to glue these prompts in. In addition, the teacher will need her/his own copy on an overhead transparency, for an ELMO projector or directly projected to an interactive whiteboard. I only have an overhead projector, and I was successful!

Please note pages some pages require the student to cut and paste pictures. For ease of use, it might be worthwhile cutting off the bottom part of the page and having it ready to disperse on lesson days. Do not glue those pages directly into the journals without cutting off the pictures that the students will need!
