Description

Reinforce number sense skills with these five and ten frame cards that can be used for math talks. They are easy to prep, and easy to use so you are always ready for a quick Number Talk with your class.

Great to work on number sense, subitizing, number recognition and one-to-one correspondence. A fun whole group activity, or to help students that are having difficulty with number sense.

What is included:

→ 54 cards with five and ten frames with different sets of dots on them to help students recognize different sets of numbers. Meant to help spur discussions about numbers and how they can be composed in different ways. Briefly show the card to students, after hiding the card ask students what number was represented in the frame. Ask them follow up questions to get them discussing numbers and how they can be made from different sets of numbers.
