Kindergarten Progress Monitoring Documentation
Great for Progress Monitoring, RTI, Parent Teacher Conferences, Sharing Data with Administration, IEP Meetings, etc.
10 Pages of Progress Monitoring with plenty of space to re-assess and record results throughout the school year. Skills include:
~Writing Name (for each of nine weeks grading periods)
~Number Identification (up to 30)
~Reading Words (fill in your own words)
~Counting to 100 (by 1's, 5's, 10's, and backward from 10 to 1)
~Writing Numbers to 30 (for each of nine weeks grading periods)
~Patterns (identify, create, and extend)
For letters, sounds, and numbers, I simply write the date and choose a color crayon to mark which ones the student knows. For example, if I was assessing uppercase letter identification in September, I would mark the date and color the letters they know with a red crayon. When I reassess again in October, I would mark the date and color the letters with a different color crayon (for example, orange), in order to track progress throughout the school plan.
