A fun memory game to practice shapes, their attributes, and their names. A fantastic activity for math centers and early finishers.
You can print the game on cardstock, laminate, cut pieces, and place in centers for repeated use.
This packet includes the following:
1. One memory game for the following shapes: circle, square, triangle, rectangle, and hexagon.
Match the shape with one of it's two attributes and it's name.
Aligned with the Common Core Standard: K.G.B.4 - Analyze and compare two- and three-dimensional shapes, in different sizes and orientations, using informal language to describe their similarities, differences, parts (e.g., number of sides and vertices/"corners") and other attributes (e.g., having sides of equal length).
Look for my other games and activities with the light blue background and white polka dots. They are also aligned to the Kindergarten Geometry Common Core Standards.
