This is a bundle of Kindergarten Test Prep for Reading(19 Passages and 58 Questions), and Kindergarten Close Reading Activities USING INFORMATIONAL TEXT. They are easy and beginner comprehension passages and questions. They are print and go AND paperless. Both versions are included with your purchase. They are fully aligned to the Common-Core. There are 2 stories for EACH of the RI Common-Core Standards, and a final test that covers them all. They are also good for 1st graders struggling with reading comprehension.

Each of the 19 passage pages include the passage, two multiple choice questions, and one close reading question.
All of the passages are informational text Non-Fiction.
Test Prep Kindergarten
Passages are a mixture of sight words, one-syllable and some two-syllable words.
The passages and questions are print and go. There is also a Google link provided for those who want to go paperless. Use the paperless pages over and over again in Google Drive/Google Classroom. Both versions are included with your purchase.
Two Stories for EACH of the following CCSS Kindergarten Standards are provided:

RI.K.8 With prompting and support, identify the reasons an author gives to support points in a text.
RI.K.9 With prompting and support, identify basic similarities in and differences between two texts on the same topic (e.g., in illustrations, descriptions, or procedures).
