The enclosed tracking forms cover all Core Content State Standards (CCSS). Use these tracking sheets to monitor student progress and achievement, build a student portfolio, encourage conversation at parent/teacher conferences, etc. There are spaces to allow the standards to be formally assessed and recorded three times during the year. This allows ample amount of time to note student growth throughout the school year. All standards are written as “I can” statements so they are “student friendly.”
These tracking sheets were designed to be used with the Kindergarten Assessments and Rubrics for English Language Arts (Literacy) and Math
. You may want to check it out since it has an assessment and rubric for every ELA and Math standard. However, they can be used as a stand-alone item.
If the standard has sub-standards, then the sub-standards will receive the grade.
