ILoveKindergarten Train Pack
All Aboard Alphabet Game
Directions: Cut apart the cards. Mix them up, and stack them all in a pile upside down. The teacher turns the top card over for the first player. If the player can name the letter, they keep the card and keep going (turn more cards over) until they either miss a letter, or get an "All Aboard" card. When the game gets an "All Aboard" card, all players say "All Aboard! Whoo! Whoo!" (just for the fun of it). Play till you run out of cards!
Cube Trains to 5

Train Sentence Memory
Directions: Print. Cut the train playing boards apart. Cut the colored word cards apart. Each player gets a train. The colored cards are placed in the middle of the players upside down. Each player takes turns choosing a card, and seeing if it (exactly) matches their game board. If it does, they keep it (to build their sentence), if not, they return it to the middle. Keep playing until everyone builds their sentence!
Word Train Magnet Board Printables
Directions Print out the pages. Laminate, or use clear contact paper to attach the pages to "Dollar Tree" cookie sheets. The students use magnet letters to build and sound out words.
