Last year I created this kindness journal for my 2nd grade class as a fun, ongoing, interactive way to acknowledge and grow kindness. They just loved it! Students were always on the lookout for who had it and checking their mailboxes if a message was waiting for them. Not to mention, it was one more way to practice writing! It's also perfect to grab, read aloud from, and discuss in those extra random minutes you find from time to time. They loved it when I would write in a note to the whole class. I passed it around our classroom, but you could get multiple ones going in a grade level.
All you'll have to do is pick one of the 4 covers, one of the 4 direction pages, and the example page. Tape/glue onto any spiral notebook or use with a binder/cover sheets. Add in a class check-off list and maybe a special pen!
I also included some versions that can me used for home, small group, club, church, or staff.
