This is a mindfulness activity. I read once that taking the time to record and reflect on positive moments of the day helps with overall emotional happiness!
This package includes a variety of templates for your students to use to think back on the positive moments each day. There are 5 spaces per page, so students can think of multiple things, or do one a day and have each page last 1 week. Some of the templates could work well as a Title Page and your class could start a daily practice of positive reflection.
