Description
Do you have students that are sleepy, restless, hyperactive, or need to just get up from their seats? Of course, they are human! Studies show that students should move within the classroom about every 20-25 minutes. That's a lot when you teach on the block schedule!
Use these printable templates for sentence pieces for grammar skills review. This product could also be used for vocabulary purposes.
They must be able to identify all parts of the sentence or other grammar skill you are currently studying.
They get a chance to get out of their seats and stretch, which relieves monotony and the "ants in the pants!!"
We know built up energy can lead to disruptive behavior. Great management tool for middle school busy bodies that have a 90 minute block schedule too!
I can't sit 30 minutes without being restless, so I know my students can't.
PDF File is 10 pages, with card templates and 2 pages for the teacher on ideas and instructions with example.
