Punch Hole Cards-Trace, color, and write word in middle. Students read the words along the borders. After that, there are 2 options: students can use a hole punch to punch the words along the edge, or if each card is laminated they can use a dry erase marker to cross off the “Words to Know.” I have students with OT issues, use a hole punch on card stock, it encourages them to press down harder.
