Your students will love practicing their individual rhythm-reading skills when they work their way to the top of the mountain as they try to earn the coveted title of "King" in this game.
This rhythm reading game is fun, spirited and can be used as a rhythm reading assessment.
Included in this file are cards written in stick notation, both with and without note heads.
There are 28 cards that contain the following rhythms:
ta (quarter note)
ti-ti (eighth notes)
Also included are cards written with syncopa and tika-tika (four sixteenth notes)
The game can be played with the 28 "easier" level cards or the sixteenth note cards can be integrated into the game, depending on your students background knowledge.
