This worksheet has a few different parts to it. Whenever we were at this place of Kirikou, the students just got back from vacation, so I started off by having students take note of a few sentences that summarized what they read before vacation.
Next, there are questions to assist student understanding of the reading.
Finally, on the last page, students have a homework assignment that I used as part of my lesson the next day. Students are to react to a picture taken from the book and list the words in French that come to mind when they look at the picture, using words they already know and some words in the glossary. The next day, they can use these as a word bank for a writing practice where they try to predict chapter 7.
