This power point will take you through a Kitchen Brigade. Only in large kitchens like in banquet facilities or convention centres will you find stations broken down so specifically as in the classic french system. Most kitchens these days don't have these stations because of labour costs, but these jobs still exist. They are often just combined. The Saucier may also work the grill and make sauces al la minute. The Legumier may also work the oven as the Rotisseur and Poisneire.
It all depends on the size of the kitchen and type of food served.
